I made a order with the subway app, I ordered my usual footlong and my other usual Italian wrap which of course were AMAZING!... But I decided to try ordering pizzas for my kiddos, the store called me very soon after placing my order to inform me that thepizza they did have were all frozen and if they were to try heating it up from frozen that it would extremely mushy and nottaste good at all. I 100% respect the workers for inform me of this instead of just going ahead with the order and letting meget the pizzas home for my kids to just find out that it was no good whatsoever ! Most places would have just gone through withthe order regardless of how it ended up tasting at the end and just called it a day. Thank you subway team for doing thehonorable thing and the RIGHT thing by telling me the truth and letting me have a chance at ordering something different! Theworkers also were extremely sweet and very helpful ! I always choose this subway location over the other subway in Portland dueto the fact of the workers here are a he'll of a lot better and way more respectful to there customers! i?ve been seeing so many comments about this establishment being amazing, and a safe work space; when in reality it?s not. the... workers were beyond rude and especially to the other coworkers?? what type of safe work space is that?? that?s not evenincluding the gross, rotting vegetables, and other condiments that are left out, do y?all not have a health inspector?? i got aclump of hair in my food too, pure disgusting!! This subway is the worst. Wouldn?t even give 1 star but that was the only way to write a review. Staff very unprofessional.... Nobody was wearing hats or hair nets. Definitely would not recommend this subway. My niece worked their and they gave her a hardtime with everything and she is a full time student. Very disappointing Subway. Read more
During my visit I was greeted and served by a young gentleman. He was extremely nice and very helpful. On the other hand there... was another employee (older lady) who didn?t wear her mask the entire time I was in Subway. She was behind the counter andcleaning tables with her mask hanging off on one of her ears. It?s mandatory! So I don?t understand why she would display thistype of irresponsible behavior in front of customers. The other 2 employees were wearing theirs masks. So why wasn?t she? Read more
