Address mix up- unfortunately I missed adding the #of the building. Driver tried contacting me phone was on mute. I called the... BBx gave the correct address. Called driver and he yelled at me. Called BBX told them I would not be ordering again. Theresponse was we appreciate that. I wasn't expecting that answer. I guess I have to find another place to order from. Forgive meBBX but your customer service is below any expectations for service to the public who supports sm business. Kudos to the driverthat actually delivered me a cold pizza. He was respectful. So bad. So burnt. Even the stuff that wasn?t burnt tasted burnt. Also who puts orange cheese on garlic bread? It was just grease... bread with Walmart shredded cheese on top and no other favor. A burnt pizza/ food shouldn?t be sent out of the restaurant fordelivery. Read more
I?m not a fan of the chicken or pizza here, so I like to get the burgers. The Box Bleu burger is really good. The only issue... with the burgers is they are always out of burgers. And since I am not really a fan of their other food, I have to order fromsomewhere else a lot. Read more
