This was our first time eating at Chef Huang’s Asian Fusion (the old Shio Sushi), and I have to say we were thoroughly... impressed. We tried the chicken lo-mien, which was cooked to perfection! The portion was kinda small, but the dish wasexcellent. All of the ingredients tasted so fresh. In addition to the lo-mien, we tried the spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and sweetpotato rolls. In comparing it to some of the other local sushi restaurants around, this is now by far one of our favorites. Thedecor was sleek and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive! Fantastic ramen spot in the Portsmouth area - my boyfriend and I have been here on several occasions now and the ramen here... reminds us of the ramen we enjoyed in Japan. What really blew us away on our last visit this past weekend was our server,Patrick, who was extremely friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful experience and cannot wait to come back again soon! Absolutely delicious. Very fresh very new. With old style chinese style eating booths. So cool. The care and style of the sushi... stands out the most. The flavors are explosive. The veggie gyoza is another flavor profile out of this world. The wait staff arevery friendly as well. I am currently eating their food while leaving this review. That good. Read more

We've missed the previous restaurant here so much and I had high hopes for whatever ended up in its spot. Chef Huang's filled... the void! The sushi we've had is super fresh, perfect avocado, and honestly a bargain for the quality. They'll be a regular inour takeout routine. Read more

We were Shio regulars and hoping these guys could follow such a great place. We’ve done take out and eaten in here, and both... meals were delicious. Highlights: the Sushi, General Tsos, the Chow Fun, and the Dumplings. I wouldn’t say the pad thai istheir specialty, but everything else we’ve tried has been really tasty. Waitstaff so kind and attentive, at the end of themeal they treated my girls to Boba Teas on the house. The special sushi rolls are creative, not the same combos as Shio, butfresh and nicely presented. We will definitely be returning !! Read more
