This restaurant needs a district manager to drop in at the establishments ?regular work hours? and see how often the staff... chooses to close at their own discretion. I have actually been inside the restaurant at 6:20pm, when they close at 7pm, and astaff member complained she was tired and ?did not want to serve anyone else today? and another staff member said ?should weclose early?? And the original girl behind the counter said yes and immediately went to go lock the doors. In front of me andother customers. Wildly unprofessional. I feel very bad for those who arrive here at 630 or 645 hoping to get dinner forthemselves and/or their family but because the staff is ?tired? they have to figure out something else. I told them they need toupdate their hours if they?re going to close early and they claimed ?they were out of ingredients.? I had just walked down theaisle of ingredients and everything was almost completely full. The girl said she had 3 more online orders to fulfill and that?swhy they had to close, due to ?inadequate ingredients.? It is absolutely ridiculous how many times I have pulled into thisrestaurant at even 4 or 5pm and they are closed. I completely understand staffing issues but if you have staff to be there from11-7 why should they be closing at 5pm? Because the staff does not want to work an additional 2 hours? There needs to be someoneabove the teenage managers that can take a stance here because it is not alright. What is happening with Chipotle? This store and the one in Concord are both closing way early or are just closed in general due... to short staffing issues? No disrespect but the whole world has been short staffed for quite some time now and the rest of theworld makes it work. No excuse for this. Wasted time and money. Honestly chipotle has gone down in quality so much in the past few years but especially this location. The whole staff was so... slow almost as if they were all on quaaludes. The guy literally gave me half a spoon of rice and I had to ask for more of everytopping and even then he barely gave me more. The cashier was zoned out and on her phone while ringing me up. Superunprofessional and so not worth the $12 I spent for a burrito the size of a soda can. Not trying to be the Karen here but it?ssad to see how bad people?s work ethic is nowadays. Read more
It?s 12:15pm on a Friday. They are closed with a sign on the door stating that they closed early today. There were some workers... just sitting there. I understand there is a labor issue out there that many business are dealing with. But this location alwaysseems to be worst than most in many ways. It is currently 8:34pm (as shown in photo) as I am actually finishing this post and inserting this intro as proof. I have... carefully thought this post out and have been here since about 8:25pm. As the current hours state, they should be open until9pm. The last 3 nights in a row they have closed early but not bothered to update their temporary hours. I am a manager atanother restaurant and know that at least the GM has access to this and could be saving people time and gas. I have now wastedboth of those, and I work 60+ hours a week so I do not have much time or energy to spare. I simply wish to give my employees themeal that they worked very hard to earn and specifically requested burritos and quesadillas from Chipotle. Will this locationactually be open until 9pm any time soon? They do not start their shift until 8pm and this is their 2nd job, so they also do nothave time or energy to waste trying to get here before whatever time it is this location has actually been closing at. At myrestaurant we not only think about and try to reward our employees but our customers, too. It may be time to publicly address what may be going on at this location. The inside of this restaurant is far below standard... and going off of precious?s reviews I see no response from the establishment. Pictured here is a to go order I picked upstressing no sour cream? well I guess it was overlooked? Or perhaps someone really wanted me to get sick. Nothing good about this location. Absolutely disgusting. Garbage piled up, dirty tables, filthy floor. Staff standing around... doing nothing. They were out of fajita veggies, salad dressing and forks. And to top it all off, there was a hair in my bowl.????Would not recommend to friends. Read more
2 stars to correspond with the two days a week they are open, HA! If I needed to rely on this establishment for all my... sustenance I would soon perish. I want to give you my money, but you make it difficult. Other than that, I?ve never had aproblem with the staff or portions. Looking forward to improving the rating. Read more
