Got accused of not leaving a tip over the phone my the manager on 10/18. When I denied authorization for leaving more than the... 20% I paid on the App, he hung up. When I got home there was a tip and new total written on my receipt that I did not consentto. No more business for them. Read more
Don?t recommend this branch at all!!! Awful costumer service here. I placed an order and I waited 2 hours for my pizza and... nothing. I decided to call to see what happened??? They said there was no order there with my phone number. My card was chargedand after they were looking to what happened they just told me that apparently the person who took the order doesn?t have anyidea of what he was doing. I JUST DON?T CARE AND IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. I had 2 hours just waiting. They don?t even say sorry tothe costumer. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!!! This should be top priority in all business. Don't understand how it takes more then 40 minutes to make a pizza. Added tips shouldnt be a thing for such sloppy service
Took 2 hours to get my food on a Thursday night. We called to make sure everything was okay and the employee told us they were... short handed on drivers because one of his drivers was throwing up and he had to send him home. I placed an order for 24 large pizzas yesterday for a recruiting event with work. The order was scheduled for pickup at 1130... this morning. I know that 24 pizzas immediately upon opening is a big ask, but the Portsmouth Domino's team was great and soaccommodating! I had two team members reach out to confirm that my order was correct as I had to use 3 separate payment methodsand it made me feel confident that we were going to have no issues. The team was hard at work all morning getting our pizzasready on time for our event and they had such a great attitude about it! (Also.. the pizzas were delicious, as always!) I get home late from work like around 10pm and was really hungry, get settled and made a order after 12am at this branch which... closes 2am on a Saturday. My food was in preparation state for almost 1 hour then I started calling. No one would answer. I gotto some ?lead? n said they would transfer me to the store when that was done, no one picked up.
