Dining room not open. Three other people tried to get in and left. All looked disappointed. I cant fit in the drive thru. Going... to grab breakfast elsewhere. Read more

This place is the worst Dunkin I've ever been in. Aside from the place bing dirty. The staff is horrible. In the time I've been... here they have screwed up most of the orders they have taken. People coming in from the drive through with the wrong items. Oneof the women behind the counter assuming it's the manager is talking to the staff in a really condescending inappropriatemanner. If ever a franchise tag should be pulled it's here. Complete train wreck. Read more

Service is beyond deplorable: manager creates an environment of hostility that effects all employees, particularly the gentleman... at the drive-thru: It would behoove the owner of this DD to educate the manager on customer service skills and relations, so itcan be parleyed onto the staff. Horrible service are reasons not to return and why I travel greater distance to other DD. Read more

I have noticed that it seems to take a little longer than normal to come on the drive thru speaker to take the order, even when... there was no one else in line that I could see(,however it could be possible to have one car at the window paying orreceiving their order, which I cannot see until I move forward around a slight bend after placing my order) ,but I have yet tosee any car there when I do make it around the bend , towards that window I had mentioned. I completely understand they probablyhave no help and most likely understaffed, like everyone else and everywhere else at this point so I try to be veryunderstanding and make it a point to smile and thank them more than once. MOST times I will get a quick thank you in response.I will probably go back there as it is in a Convenient location for me. On a positive note they do always get my coffee the wayI ordered it and the food is cooked properly, (and that is important , I like to get what I ordered and paid for;) ). so all inall it has more pros than cons.
