Solid chain location for Panera. Inside is comfortable and often busy at noon. I recommend ordering ahead online as if they are... busy they can be a bit slow. Thankfully they will notify you if your online order is taking longer than expected. A handyservice if you have a limited time for lunch and don't want to spend it waiting. Read more
It says Portsmouth on Google search ????, but, I believe it's in Newington. I ordered online and my order was ready and was... prepared the way I requested. I had a four cheese flatbread and a Smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich with avacado and spinachadded. Chips and napkins came with order.Both the flatbread and sandwich were good. Indoor dining, curbside pickup areavailable. I like this franchise. Pricey, but, I recommend a visit. Update: Saturday afternoon, July 2021; I ordered online inthe morning ???? and my order, Steak ???? and white cheddar panini???? with two Chocolate Chipper cookies and ginger tea wereready at the time I requested. Food was good, but, not a lot of filling inside the sandwich. I dined inside and used the Wifi. Isaw a staff member wiping down a table customers sat at. Outdoor dining available. Update; Friday afternoon, July 2022: Stoppedby for lunch with planning on using a gift card I purchased online. Had problems accessing it while trying to order online andat the kiosk. The manager was called and she found out the card is legit, but, the pin is bad. She waved the cost of the foodand said I need to contact customer service about the matter. Great food. Good customer service. I took away a star due to the fact that this franchise doesn?t do the 99 cent bakery item... deal like other franchises. I refused to give into the corporate greed and buy my favorite item the chocolate croissant. Theywere trying to sell it for 3.19 instead of the 0.99. It was an absolute disappointment. Very friendly, short staffed (at least when we was there, so we had to wait a little bit). Great coffee! We tried 2 different... pizza's that were both different and delicious. The strawberry poppy salad was good too. Read more
I hardly EVER will leave a negative review, but THIS PLACE NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!! Honestly, the employees here are... anything but friendly. Just matter of fact and look at you like you're crazy if you ask what something is. I've never been tothis Panera Bread. I hope this review will encourage the management to do some classes on "Being helpful and friendly tocustomers." After all, isn't that the reason this place exists? If it weren't for the customers, you'd be gone. Please make thisa great place and get some training. Food is great!!! Read more
