Got takeout here for the first time. The food was delicious, but I had such a weird encounter with one of the staff. She was... sugar sweet when I walked in, confirmed my order and rung me up. I left a little over 10% for the takeout order (I always leave20% for sit down, if that’s relevant) She was kind of looking over my shoulder and immediately starts yelling loud in(Mandarin?) when she saw how much I left and seemed to like mock me. “Maybe I’m reading into it,” I thought. “Maybe shejust got excited about something?” So I grab my food and say “thank you, good night.” She just had the nastiest look onher face and continued to say who knows what in her native language in a loud, angry tone. I guess she was upset about the tipbut she was rude as hell. So, maybe keep ordering their delicious food but stiff the wait staff for a takeout tip, because theydon’t deserve it. Read more
We went to try the hot pot. The food was just ok. Our fried rice was yellow rice with meat, egg and veggies it was not fried... and had no seasoning. The hot pot was bland even with adding the sauce they provided and soy sauce. Wasn't the experience wewere hoping for. They definitely need to rewrite the menu with spaces as well. Read more
We had a half broth half spicy broth pork hotpot, some fried dumplings, and a pork mu shu. I would rate as very tasty overall... and would get the exact same hot pot again. Read more
Got the spicy broth hotpot with chicken and beef and it was delicious. Broth was very flavorful. Scallion pancakes were crispy... and crunchy. Service was great! Highly recommended. Read more
Ordered hot pot with friends. We got the 1/2 spicy 1/2 regular broth and I was very impressed with the flavor of the non spicy... broth! Veggies and meat were all great and fresh. Service was prompt and fun. Read more
Pink Bamboo is my favorite downtown spot for Chinese!! Exceptional customer service every visit! Especially Maggie! She goes... above and beyond!! Her mai tais are amazing too! The beef teriyaki app and house special with pan fried noodles are delicious!!I cannot wait to return. Read more
I ate here for me first hot pot experience here and it was really cool. My friend and I were started quickly and the food came... out quick too. The waiter was friendly and explained to us how the hot pot works. I ordered chicken hot pot and my friendordered beef you pot. I highly recommend this place. Read more
Shared a hot pot with my wife, it was ok nothing I’d write home about. Their crispy beef was not good, like a cheap cut... slathered in this gross sugary sauce. The hot pot was nice on a cold day but I wouldn’t go again personally. Read more
