Please allow customers to fill their reusable mugs again. If staff don?t have something to put my mug in, they won?t let me use... my mug. I don?t like the waste associated with disposable cups. If I can?t walk into a Starbucks and use my clean mug I won?tgo to your coffee shops which should be easy to avoid, so long as I don?t go to Denver. COVID is spread through respiratorydroplets, not surfaces. When I eat at a restaurant, servers touch my dishes and glasses even after I?ve touched them. We alltouch surfaces touched by others countless times per day. Why sell the reusable cups you won?t let us bring back to refill? The girl taking my order did not listen to me well, messed up my order and was going to charge me again, very dull personality,... not good with customers. But the guy Gavin, I believe he name was, came to my rescue, gave me a ?next one on us? card and mademe all the right coffees. Super good guy, knew what he was doing, hard worker, great customer service. Would of gave store 1star, but because he fixed the situation and made the customer happy I give it 4 stars now. Read more
