This place is always short on staff and 3rd time in a month now I go and it's closed due to staff shortage. The dine in hasn't... been opened since 2020 and also due to staff shortage. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES especially that Taco Bell hiked the prices ofeverything. 4 items would cost $20 I rather go to Chipotle, 99 or Fridays at this point. Read more
This place doesn?t throw away their food when it expires. The food they cook is only supposed to be kept in a warming cabinet... for 4 hours maximum. I know someone who works there. They told me not to eat there. They do not take the temperature of the foodthey cook to make sure it?s ok. They let the food sit in the warming cabinet until they use it. Sometimes it?s under 4 hours ifthey are busy. But if not, and you go after lunch, odds are it?s old. This is also true for the following stores: Rochester,Concord, Salem and Epping. I reached out to corporate Taco Bell (the stores listed are part of a franchise Charter Foods) andthey didn?t bother getting back. I don?t know if they did anything but my guess is no. Horrible. I ordered a chicken chalupa which wasn?t the greatest but even worse was the chicken burrito supreme. I only took one... bite and threw it away. It was oozing with what tasted like oil. I couldn?t even find/tase the chicken. The worst burrito I?veever tasted and the lady making the food looked bitter. What a waste of $15. The only positive thing was the guy taking theorder. I'm a bit taken aback at how rude the staff at this location are... Even for a fast food joint. I would much rather fast than to... attempt to order from this taco bell ever again. I'm not sure if it's due to a lack of training, poor hiring standards, a lackof pay or a combo box of all the above but regardless, my ordering experience here was the worst I've ever had. I honestly wishhappiness for the people that work here and hope that they find something fulfilling where they don't have to be so gosh darnrude! Terrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. The staff here clearly don't feel like they're accountable. Their customer... service skills are dismissive and rude. The food served straight from the drive-thru is already cold. I ordered a few cravingsboxes and they spread the orders randomly through the boxes and just shrugged and handed me an empty box and told me I can sortit myself. I ordered a crunchwrap Supreme, add jalapeños, and was unable to eat more than three bites before I peeled it openand found it was completely full of jalapeños. I counted and there were 46 slices, and I'd already eaten 3 bites completelyfull of them. I'm angry and disappointed. This place went downhill fast.** **Note: this order was placed online so there was nopersonal interaction between them and myself prior to them making the food. The breakfast here isn't bad... I love the ideas of breakfast quesadillas! But I think its lacking any real flavor so the sauce... packets help make it a tasty meal. And the little cinnamon balls... yumminess ???? But I would have to say leave coffee to thespecialist (Dunks is my go to for coffee) tho I did try theirs... and I will say that won't happen again haha But everyone hastheir own thoughts I'm sure lol Read more
