Walking through the doors of the Franklin, it's blatantly obvious that the amount of money you're going to spend on raw oysters... will be sickening. However, you won't get sick of them. Their Oysters are so fresh and delicious, I could taste the subtledifferences in flavor with every new shell I slurped down. Franklin provides a stylistic approach to oysters included with allthe fixings. Even if Oysters squash your mellow, there's a nice selection of other appetizing plates to choose from. In my mostgeneral terms, think "Luxury Hipster". I know that sounds bad, but I mean it in the most sincerest way possible. There's justsomething about being handed a platter of a dozen freshly shucked oysters by a mustached man; while you sip on an upscalecocktail that feels very cool.
