The food was OK, but the attitude is awful. They have shades above the deck, but they don’t unfold them, so the sun near the... water fries you really good. Don’t go there at noon as we did, if you don’t want to get a sunburn. The waiting time wasextremely super long, it took them about 40 min to bring appetizers, 35-40 more minutes to bring the main course and about 1 hrto get a check. As result we were angry, sunburned and late for appointment. If you have any other options to eat - go there,not to this place! Read more
The food was okay, fresh seafood, but I wouldn’t say it was cooked wonderfully. Stuff - kinda rude and not really... welcoming. SO long waiting time for the food. We waited for the appetizers for about 40 minutes, then another 40 mins for one(!) main dish, and then about 40 mins to be checked out, because the waiters were just ignoring our signals and all the timewere not there. Also, it’s super hot outside with a really strong sun, it would be really GREAT and logical to place someumbrellas so people don’t get burned and actually enjoy the atmosphere of a terrace, there is literally almost no shadow. What an amazing experience sitting on the deck what gorgeous view. The food was outstanding from the escargot go to the fried... calamari appetizers. The boiled haddock cooked perfectly. I would recommend the oarhouse to any friend, the food and service are phenomenal. Nick the bartender was great and John our... server was so kind and made great recommendations. We had dinner here and ordered the stuffed lobster. It was so fresh and delicious. We would recommend it and definitely order it... again. On the other hand we ordered the lobster pasta. It was delicious as well but for a pasta dish we found it to be a smalllunch size portion as opposed to a dinner serving portion. We won't be ordering that dish again. Overall, everything was greatand we will be back here sometime in the future. Read more
