Called in a Togo order, told it would be 10-15 min. So I drove there and still waited another 30 minutes because they... messed up my order.When I finally got my order and checked it it was short some of my order so had to wait on that. Worst service ever, they should fire the manager. I went on Veterans Day the building was mostly empty, but for whatever reason... it took over an hour and a half to get food. Unacceptable service, re-evaluate your talent! Read more

Our experience tonight was less than stellar. Keep in mind, we are well aware that it is a Friday night and we knew it would be... busy. The atmosphere was great, and very family friendly. The restaurant was clean and the staff were all friendly too. We satdown ordered our drinks, appetizer, and meal. Our appetizer came in a very timely fashion, however it did take awhile to get ourmeal. Again, it is a Friday night and we expected this. A different server brought us our food, and after eating it, both of ourplates tasted like they had been sitting for awhile, and most of it was pretty cold. We also still didn't have our drinks, so Iwent to ask the bartender if she could make them for us. She was incredibly nice and hospitable, and informed me that she hasnotified the waitress serving our table that she didn't have the ingredients to make one of drinks, and asked to get anotherorder from us for a substitute drink. We hadn't seen our waitress for over 30 minutes. I asked if she would make us asubstitute, and she did. Overall, we were just disappointed in our experience- I have never had a margarita for dessert at arestaurant and for $70, we will probably choose to eat elsewhere from now on. Read more
