The only reason this is 2 stars is because it has been good in the past. Today I went in to get a bowl, asked for steak, watched... as the man gave me a half of scoop (this was the very last of the steak and was cold). I asked for the normal amount of steakand he said he would have to charge me extra. I then asked for extra pico, he gave me a tiny scoop of pico and told me he?d haveto charge me for more. Finally, I asked for cheese on top of the bowl like they have always done in the past to keep the saucesfrom touching the top, he proceeded to put a tiny pinch of cheese on top and once again told me he?d have to charge me for more.Maybe it?s just his training, but I?ve never had a problem with this hot head stiffing me like this before and if portion sizeshave been changed, then loyal customers need to be given notice. I ended up paying over $13 for a bowl that was about half theamount of ingredients that it usually is. I will not be back to this hot head. Read more
Hot Heads is awesome. The only downside is they are almost always low on "fajita" aka vegetables. But, they always load you up... with everything else. Definitely recommend the Paleo and Power bowls. The service is always good. The workers listen and giveyou want you want! Read more

When this place first opened it was booming. They have since changed there ways in service. Everything started having less... portions on your meal. When you got double chicken it was like having only one serving. I got my hopes up yesterday because mymeal was some how perfect the portion sizes were on point and my meal filled me up so much I couldn't eat it all. It had morechicken then rice which is perfect. So I went back the next day cause I had a free small queso dip that they advertised onfacebook. Below are the two pictures, one of the advertised small they they make you believe you're getting and 2 thereality. On top of this my burrito was folded wrong and everything came out of it because guess what the portions were allwrong. Not enough meat and too much rice.might as well had a rice burrito. Idk weather to keep going back or just screw thisplace all together because on top of all these problems your charge a pretty big amount for food here. You can walk out with 1burrito and a drink and pay $13.00 so yeah. All I can say is Hot Heads in Portsmouth, OH, I gave you so many chances. Now fixedit. Read more
