Ridiculous that for a simple order you now have to pull over to a different spot and sit and wait. What happened to fast food.... Is everyone incompetent enough that it's no longer fast food. Already paying higher prices and now a 20 minute wait for whatshould be cheap fast food. Read more
I would give this place a zero star if i could. Ordered a 10 piece nugget meal from them after work and when i reached in for a... fry it was ice cold, the nuggets tasted like they had been hung in a sauna for 10 days. I live 25 minutes away from the locationso i figured i would come by the next day after work and have them make it right since i eat here often and they surely see me.Of course they accuse me of trying to get free food. No i just want the 10 dollars worth of food i paid for. As much as i lovetheir cokes i would rather take a shot of hot sauce in the eye then give them another penny. Read more

Today's experience was by far the worst one I've ever had at a McDonalds. My co-workers and I went there as per usual on a... payday for breakfast and when we returned to work we found out we were short 2 sandwiches and 2 burritos; an honest mistake thatmost establishments are willing to rectify. After spending over $40 on discounted fast food; the manager refused to give us ourshorted order. She replied "we're not up that food so we didn't make that mistake." Keeping calm I replied, "it's possible thatyou gave our bag to the vehicle behind us, last time we were at the window They attempted to give us extra drinks. So I knowmistakes like this happen." Why would we try to pull one over as regular customers of larger orders, the manager insinuated thatwe were lying about the missing food leaving this office disappointed and now boycotting the McDonald's on Gallia street inPortsmouth. I gave the McDonald's location only 4 starts because the service is super slow and I almost always have to be pulled to the... front for simple orders. I know places are under staffed because of the pandemic so I don't complain much. My order is alwayscorrect and the employees are friendly even with the added stress of being short handed. Read more
Literally have to wait on your food all the time. And when you get the food. It looks like this (see picture below) smashed.
The food was alright at best. Burgers were a little too pink for my liking and the lobby wasn't the cleanest that it could've... been. Granted, I did go around 10pm, but still. The employees also didn't act like they wanted to be there. But then again, thetime of day would probably be the main factor. Read more
Went here and ordered a cup of tea with the automated ordering system. I waited 10 minutes for the order. It never came up and... i had to leave for an appointment so I left. Won't be going back again. Read more
