About 50% of the time I go through Tim hortons in portsmouth their hot chocolate machine is down. I usually order it around 4x a... week, I love my Cafe mocha and would rather have it then Starbucks. But in the last 3 months I have gotten so fed up with Timhortons and their lack of service. I always drive off and not order anything else. But when the machine is working I usually getsome Tim bits with my Cafe mocha. Read more
Seems like no matter what I order lately something is wrong that prevents me from getting anything. Machine broken, machine... being cleaned, something out of stock. At least half the time I try to order something I just end up driving away withoutspending money. Read more
Ok, so it is the only place open after midnight, and has limited menu even there. But, I will give the five stars to the one... employee who served at least 20 bar closing time customers in 10 minutes as went through the drive thru. I was amazed he wasalone! Give him a raise and another employee to manage it would be popular 24/7. Read more

The wait is terrible but worth it cause I need my cappuccino to get me going. I suggest doing away with the dine in and opening... up two drive-thru's because one is not enough. Went there this evening as we do every single Friday for our usual sandwiches and chips and usually we get 4 sandwiches 2 Turkey... bacon clubs and 2 ham and Swiss no tomatoes and 2 chips a sweet tea and a vanilla ice cap well I was giving my order the girlworking was very disrespectful and rude gladly my dash cam caught the footage of just how disrespectful she is so the way Iorder is a number one no tomato chips and a large vanilla ice cap and a number two chips and a large sweet tea then I order aTurkey bacon club no tomato and a ham and Swiss no tomato we save the 2 extra sandwiches for lunch the next day so we don?t haveto get out for the weekend after working a 60 hour week (120+ every 2 weeks) so after every item I ordered this girl was like isthat all I was like no ma?am then she said just stop and repeated the order to me very hatefully and I said ma?am I wanted thenumber 1&2 with no tomato and 1 of each sandwich made the same way she said well you?re going to have to get over it because weonly have the bread for 3 sandwiches not 4 so you?ll have to settle for 3 I asked them if they had croissants she huffed intothe microphone I said is there a problem do we need to go elsewhere she said you might if you don?t hurry up I said put theTurkey bacon club on a croissant and one on regular bread an the two ham and Swiss on regular bread she said fine pull you thewindow for your total and what?s funny is we order the same exact thing and the order total is different every single time wehave been coming to Tim Hortons for 8 months every Friday night and the way I was treated tonight will absolutely sway me fromever going back we spend over 175.00 a month there for our dinner and lunch the next day so now we will have to go to a newplace Read more
