Update Oct 2022: I gave a rough review about a year ago, but this place has turned around! I'm very happy for them. Looks like... management has worked hard n this. The staff is pleasant, works well with each other and orders are accurate. I'm going backregularly! Year or so ago: Staff is combative with each other. Stressful environment. Walk-in mobile order of always ignoredand have to ask. My decaf order of only filled 50% of time cause no decaf... and can't refund mobile order unless you comeback in the morning... Latte machine is always down... Decided tonight that I am never going back there even though I'm alwaysin that plaza... Already picked out a new go to place! Read more

Literally the worst experience at a Dunkin or any other food service establishment in my life. After placing my order, I was... rudely denied access to the restroom despite being a paying customer. My husband stepped to the side to get a better look at therolled in paper taped to the door and was again rudely informed by another employee (possibly manager?) walking by that it wasNOT a public restroom. No eye contact, no apology. At this point I canceled my order and requested my money back since thepurchase had not been completed and I hadn't received my change. I had to ask several times and finally demand it as they wereinsisting I would have to wait while they "processed the refund." I told them they could figure it out on their own time sincethere was no one else in the store. My $20 bill was then thrown at me. As we turned to leave, one of the employees startedyelling rude comments behind our backs which erupted into a shouting match between her and my husband. I am still dumbfoundedthat this actually happened in real life. No more Dunkin for us. Read more

This location did not allow me to use the restroom despite being a customer. I was told that the management is not allowing it... since covid. The sign on the restroom doors said "Not a public restroom". I requested them as I was a paying customer. Reallyshocked by the service. Read more

This Dunkin is in Portsmouth and I have gone there several times. The service is excellent and the donuts are what I remember... them being when I was younger- fresh and they have larger variety of donuts. The donuts at Dunkin's in Bristol taste day oldand there's very little variety. Definitely worth the trip. Read more

they want us to leave reviews now so i?m leaving a review. please read your to go orders properly. this is the 100th time you... guys have messed up an order this badly. i ordered the white chocolate mocha hot chocolate and surprise surprise it?s regularmocha. i tried tasting it thinking maybe you guys mix the two but no, it?s just straight mocha and it?s repulsive. good job! yougot me to email customer service! the morning crew is always perfect, i wish the night and afternoon crews could live up to itespecially since i was the only customer at 6pm. thanks guys you also poured coffee into a regular frozen chocolate. great job. I've been a DD customer for many years, but this location has gone downhill rapidly, and I'm going to start going to Cumby's or... another DD location. The ownership or management have either made very poor hires in the past few months or have let their newemployees down with non-existent training. Fairly sure there are some labor laws being broken too, recently saw a kid thatlooked literally about 12 years old. Ironically, he gave the best service and trained another employee on how to process mygift card purchase. Here's what the current customer experience is like: very long wait time, incorrect orders, and lack ofbasic customer service (i.e. employees talking to each other not acknowledging customers, and complaining about their jobs,etc). In fairness there are a few employees that are friendly and efficient, but most are not. Read more
