Worst chicken I?ve ever tasted!!! My boyfriend and I went there a couple of months ago and went to the park to eat. We literally... only ate a few bites of chicken and a couple of wedges. We ended up feeding the rest to the seagulls. Went back today to givethem another chance to redeem themselves and it was just as bad if not worse. Wasn?t worth the money I spent. I tried Royal farms chicken, the staff and employees were very nice and helpful, was recommended to me, was told it'd be the... best fried chicken you've tried and they were right! I'm glad I did it was very good fried chicken seasoned well and verytender, the mac and cheese was delicious, store was very clean and very pleased with my experience there, Ashley offered greatcustomer service and was very helpful! Extremely slow. Served several people before us and we have been here over 45 mins already. They arent giving me good vibes. I... Never have to wait this long at any other chicken spot! Nice gas station but the food was horrible. Spent almost $25 on lunch for 2, which was crazy but I've always loved royal farms... chicken. Mashed potatoes were cold and it all tasted off, didn't finish the chicken even and ended up gagging with the gravy.Biscuit was definitely not cooked all the way and I questioned the chicken. Had an Awesome experience at the Royal this morning. With all that?s going on in our world there are still some great people... that we encounter on a day to day. Stopped by the royal to get some of there world famous chicken when, in comes this reallynice lady who offered to pay for my order. I thought this was a really nice gesture!! There was a gentleman at the register sheoffered to pay for his items as well, but he refused only to counter her offer and pay for both of our items, only to find outhe was the district leader ?Dave Mariano!! We stopped for gas but my son was hungry. He ordered a 5 chicken tenders meal with the mac and cheese side, plus a roll. He... shared his tenders with his dad, step mom and I. To our surprise, the tenders were good. It was white meat and they were moistand not dry. We left only to return 15 minutes later to order another two meals with tenders. The wedges were okay, the Mac andcheese not so much. The staff was great. I loved their modern sink, soap dispenser and hand dryer all activated by motion in therestroom because I didn't have to touch anything. Read more
