We came to the twisted pig as a group to celebrate. It?s a nice little ?hole in the wall? location. Staff was amazing, food came... out quickly, they have. Bar and pool tables. Outdoor seating for smokers. I will say as a bbq lover the whole table agreed thatthe food was just ok, nothing to write home about. For my food personally, I will say I loved the potato skins and hush puppiesbut brisket was dry and food could use more seasoning. Read more
The server was great but if you call yourself a ?smokehouse? you should actually smoke your own food got the sampler and was... disappointed with every thing on the plate. Super friendly service, Austin was great! Food came out very quickly. It was delicious! Definitely will be back again!
Sorta outside the box BBQ place. Variety on the menu. Got the pulled pork. The pork is legit. Three kinds of sauce including... North Carolina vinegar. The slaw was a very different flavor. They also had pickled onion on the plate as an extra. Verydifferent and pickly. Sweet with some sort of odd taste I couldn't place. The bad. No chicken that day. No Brunswick stew. Saidit was seasonal on the menu. Waitress said it was no longer going to be carried. Sad. Moved to here from Georgia and keeplooking for some good stew. Guess I'll have to keep looking. Read more
