One thing I can say about this Wendy?s is it is very consistent? CONSISTANTLY SLOW!! The food was really good but customer service left something to be desired. We probably stood at the counter at least 5 minutes... before anyone helped us. Employees saw us standing there and never acknowledged. It would have been nice if someone had justsaid we will be with you as soon as we can. Read more

I'm not going to get into the slow service at the counter but I will tell you cleaning this it's just it needs severe work from... tables to even a display sign over the condiment bar that has plexiglass and the photo has a crushed roach in it the place isgross it needs cleaning and neat it's just gross I'll just leave it at that,and if you look at the photo that's assigned fordisplay behind the plexiglass over the mango drink is a large crushed roach in there I'm like okay I'm not getting into theother issues, we'll start going back to the one at Chesapeake Square Mall not this one no more Read more
Student line in the restaurant while one clerk said somebody would be with us because she was leaving. Stood there for well over... 5 minutes as four or five employees gathered around the drive-thru window. Employees were very nice, good burgers for fast food, update10/26/21, I have never had Wendy's biscuits or breakfast I have... tried them at other fast food places and I was never happy they were either not good, soggy or had to toss them, so I decided totry Wendy's their sausage egg and cheese biscuit it was absolutely delicious and I will look forward to having their otherbiscuits they have, the customer service was great???? update 10/29 I consider Wendy's the best breakfast place today I tried their potato breakfast fries ???? best seasoned and crispy, they've got everyone beat!!!! Asked for no ranch on my sandwich but replaced with mayonnaise. They added the ranch and wiped it off and did not put mayonnaise... on it. Then i try and remove the bun and missing entire bottom half of my sandwich Tried to call the store and no oneanswered. Went there and they remade my sandwich THE SAME WAY!!! Waited on hold for corporate and was on hold for over 20 minswith no answer. Wasted entire lunch trying to get something to eat that I paid for. Read more
Save yourself major frustration!! Drive another mile to go to another Wendy?s!! I have given this Wendy?s on George Washington... Blvd in Portsmouth two chances!! The only reason I gave 1 star..is because this app makes me give a star to rate! There is noreason to have to wait 30 minutes in line and receive the wrong food, along with it being cold!!!
