Clean and friendly. Foods the same at every Wendy's so no complaints there. Just make sure you check your order The one on... Frederick Blvd do have a habit of mixing up orders. Even when I ordered through Doordash they gave the driver the wrong order. Ihad to return the order to them to get what I actually ordered. So much for convenience. Read more
Drive thru customer here. Was asked immediately after paying to pull behind a different car to wait for our food. Watched 3... others cars go around us during our 12 minute wait...went inside and was told its because we ordered the chicken sandwich. Wasgiving them a second chance after previous bad experience, won't be giving them a 3rd. Read more
The service is okay. It isn't bad bit it isn't good either. Any time we go through the drive thru I feel like we are being... rushed to make an order and get moving and when we pull up to the order window to pick up the food we are immediately told todrive forward and wait after we are handed our drinks. If the drive through line is long then it's going to be a good wait tillyou get to the ordering speaker. Chance are you'll also end up with a messed up order in some way or another due to them rushingyou through the ordering process. Read more

Ordered 6 meals. One kids meal had half spicy nuggets (not what was ordered) so wasn't eaten by the intended person. One meal... had 2 nuggets instead of 5. One lemonade had a dirty cup. I thought they were on the outside of the cup, but as we moved it, youcould see the stuff move with the lemonade. SUPER GROSS. Fries were all half full. They also completely forgot the milk withthe kids' meal *and* were rude after telling us they were out of cup holders as they handed 5 drinks out the window. You're outof something? It happens. Being rude about it is completely unnecessary, especially after you messed up half the order andhanded out dirty cups. Terrible. Read more
Love this location. Very quick and clear drive thru experiences. Today we had a coupon for a free Jr Frosty that we hoped to use... for our daughter. We were told they didn?t have the correct size cups available, so they gave us a small on the house. Very puttogether and polite staff. Read more
