Took 20 minutes exactly for my order to come out. I ordered off the app for a inside pickup to make it easy on them and watched... my order arrive on their screen and them send out several drive thru orders but mine just sat there on the screen. I understanddrive thru is your main priority but 20 minutes?? My burger was made incorrectly AND my bacon was very undercooked I took onebite and decided I wanted to keep living and not eat this burger. I get working is hard but when y'all back there giggling andlaughing, turning up your music and yelling at each other I don't wanna be waiting in your leaking lobby. Read more
Good food but this restaurant has the same thing going on as other business in this area. Rude employees that come across as... irritated and ticked off that they actually have to answer a question or provide some little help to a customer. I don?t think I?ve ever left a fast food franchise so fast in my life. In fact, usually when I decide on fast food, I?m getting... fast food. I?m glad I went inside to order to see the state of the place. Absolutely disgusting. Only two people working inback. Some guy with dirty clothes Individually made fries for my coworker in the drive through. I wanted to pay separately so Iwent inside. TRASH all over the floor, in the back and all over the dining room. Soda lids splayed out all over the counter nextto the soda machines. Dirty and unwelcoming. That's how I describe this BK franchise location. As I approached the register the manager (I presume)... yelled out for someone to take a counter order. The white faced girl (she literally had white face paint on) asked what Iwanted. Yes just like that. I ordered and paid and her facial expression, body language and lack of any acknowledgement that Iwas there, other than bark my total at me, was evidence should could care less. About me. Her job. Maybe even herself. The foodwas hot and typical BK fare. The dining room however was disgusting. Have they heard of a wet towel? Cleaner of any kind? I don't have much money but I wanted to treat myself today to a toasty meal at BK. I was enthusiastically waiting to order my... meal. Even after waiting 3 minutes just to have my order taken I remained hopeful. But after waiting another 15 grueling minutesto acquire my tasty grub. I splendidly retrieve my food. Bursting with anticipation to sink my teeth into the juicy/crispychicken sandwich. Finally when I pulled over I took a bite of my food, and I was devastated. The bread to chicken ratio feltlike a loaf of bread was slapped around a baby chick ????????????. As soon as the chicken touched my tongue it was like lickingthe Sahara desert?????. At 5:30 p.m. on a Friday I walked directly to the front counter of that restaurant. However, the drive-thru was 12 cars deep.... Anyway, I was greeted very friendly and ordered a bacon king and a small drink. It was handed to me refresh, hot and delicious.The lobby of the restaurant was clean and all of the supplies were accessible.
