Ordered and sat down waiting for our order, that's when I saw the guy making our tacos take out his cell phone and handle it... with both hands for at least a minute and then without changing gloves put lettuce in the tacos with those same now filthygloves. Apparently he didn't know that the average cell phone is dirtier than a toilet seat. Those gloves are not to protectyour hands, they're to keep germs out of the food. Cool staff makes deliveries from del taco a fine time. They've been quite understaffed as every business in the food ind. seems... to be around town, but, they do fine considering. Lobby often closes early if you see just drive thru w vehicles prolly a suresign that lobby is closed. Read more
I wish I could share the photo, but twice I had ordered the Large Queso Loaded Nachos, and both times I got something else. This... second time I asked for reassurance but the guy at the window said that this was what it was now. Did the item change from theold macho nacho style to this trash that looks like 10 chips in a smashed box because they keep putting it at the bottom of thepaper bag (yea, paper bag, cuz they aren't using the large plastic nacho contain anymore I guess) where this little box iscrushed causing the small dollop of toppings to become adhered to the top of the box. Having had the macho nachos and then thequeso loaded nachos, this new tiny box of chips is a rip off. I let the first one go thinking it was an accident, but now I amactively telling you to avoid this establishment. Read more
Employees are not friendly. The restaurant and restrooms are dirty. The playarea is closed for unspecified reasons (the employee... told me it needed to be cleaned, but also hadn't been open in a while). Food was fast. I am very disappointed since I love Del Taco but was unable to enjoy it since I can't access the drive thru with my truck. I'm a... truck driver from the East Coast so we don't have Del Taco and I was very excited to see one. I walked from the truck stop andget to the door and it was locked even though the sign stated the lobby is open 11am-8pm and it was 11:45am. Went up to thedrive thru window and asked and stated there's no other option but drive thru. Read more
Really loved stopping here for the food and the location. Rating two stars because this location has been consistently giving us... our del tacos as seen in the photos. They used to be loaded with every ingredient and we could eat two and be satisfied everytime. Now they're not even full and this is the fourth time at this location they've given us these in the photos. The Haydenlocation is great and always consistent, this location for many months is not worth the value at all. The staff is just fineservice wise, just not the quality of food. Read more
