Filet of fish was cold and not to order. Hi-C was flat (lacked syrup). No Ice in the Ice Machine. A/C wasnt working. I asked... manager to get me a Hi-C with Ice from Drive thru dispenser and he brought me a carbonated orange. Management is not takingcare of business it seems. Read more
i just came through the drive through and once i reached the second window a girl named shayley jayley or chayley didn?t really... hear her name very well when i asked. was being very disrespectful rolling her eyes when i asked for a sauce telling and tryingto argue it. i?m very disappointed that u would put such a rude person at the window i was also with my friend that has workedat costumer service jobs and said she was disappointed also. Came through last night my experience was great until I got to your last window. I didn't catch a name but I believe the girl... had braces and she was very short and rude with me. The 2 other workers I interacted with were very sweet and seem to be workinghard but my experience was changed greatly by that ones attitude towards me. My food tasted very fresh. I ordered a cinnamon roll on the app and picked it up on the way to work. I wanted something to eat before I started. The darn... thing was hard as a rock and ALL the frosting was stuck to the bottom of the container. I tried eating it anyway but after acouple of bites I threw it away. Read more
