This restaurant is hit and miss, tonight it was a huge miss. First the employees ignored us for at least 5 minutes, second most... of the food was out (they were burning up more, pretty sure beef and broccoli isn?t black and crunchy). It was late; we were hungry. Panda seemed like the place to go for a little Chinese, or as reasonably close as one can expect... from Panda. The food was great, though they were out of one of the sides. Got through quickly, and friendly staff helped us findthings. Read more
Who wants to be handed teriyaki packets that are cold to be put on food not warm enough to heat it up . She told me it wasn't... going to be hot on the line anymore . Friday September 16th @11:45 am "lunch" this store wasn't ready. Didn't have fried rice ready, no orange chicken or teriyaki... chicken ready, I mean why even be open for business. Tried this place again Wednesday September 28th and they had food thistime I ordered the noodle bowl with broccoli beef and the broccoli wasn't cooked and cold. The lady who took are order waspretty rude but the young lady who took our money was very nice. I love panda express so I'll be back to try again but thisstore needs help. Read more
They take forever to make your food and are always out of almost everything on the menu?? The drive through is always helped... last which leads to accidents and traffic jams in the parking lot. whoever built this location did not anticipate on how manypeople would be coming here?? Ordered on mobile app. Got there a little early with not many people inside so thought maybe they?d have it out early. As I... waited up to my pickup time, it started to get busier. 5 min past my pickup time I asked about when it would be ready. They saidthey had been working on it but that it got busy so they stopped. Long story short, I got my food 20 min past my pickup timeonly AFTER they cleared the line of customers who had ordered after me. Read more
We pulled in with 30 min before closing and this lady named Ashlie was SUPER unprofessional. She was very rude and snappy, she... got one of my orders wrong in front of me just after telling her what I wanted. Then she almost gave one of my orders away withsomeone else?s. When I said ?no that goes with these 3? she acted like she knew what she was doing and got all snappy lol. Icouldn?t help but laugh the whole time. It seemed by the look on the other employees faces that they weren?t the biggest Ashliefans either. A couple other employees tried to help and they were quite helpful. Except for the fact that we just had to standthere in the middle of the line watching our order as 2 other orders went over us in line. Nothing had to be made or anything,they were done orders just sitting there. That?s around the time that I started writing this review. Like it says I'm many other reviews it's hit or miss at this location. I've had a better experience during the day than at... dinner time tonight prime example. My rice is still hard (not cooked) and I had to wait forever at the drive thru just to takemy order and there was only one other car in front me and maybe one customer inside so I'm really confused on why they didn'thave time to actually cook my rice.... anyway I'm not going to be going there again for dinner for a while. They need tofix/retrain their employees for sure and I'm not buying it's because of staff shortage due to COVID-19 anymore that's just aline of poopoo to me when I hear it. Read more
