It?s very tacky to ask for tips on a takeout order. Tips are for good service, if you are not even serving or doing anything,... don?t ask. Management and owners should be paying the wages, not the customers. Already getting more expensive and now theystart asking for tips? I lived off of tips for years as a delivery driver and my wife as a server, but working the window at atakeout restaurant is not a tipping job. The staff is always friendly. My pizza is always done when they say it will be done and it always comes exactly as... ordered. This is an A+ Papa Murphy's location and it is the best option for take and bake in the area. Awful pizza. I bought a Chicago style pizza with extra pizza sauce on the pizza and on the side. I was charged for this and it... was marinara sauce not pizza sauce and I specifically asked for pizza sauce. Since being bought by new owners talk about dumbingdown a pizza and assuming everyone is dumb. No cheese on the pizza at all none. All meat asked for no salami I got it anyway.This pizza place was ruined by the cheap new owners. 19 dollars for a large. Never again. Keep ur cheap A$$ pizza. After I cooked and cut my pizza it all went wrong. The cheese isn't melted and the cuts are horrible uneven. They didn't even... give me a box and the saran wrap ripped off all the cheese when I tried to remove it. I had to hit Walmart to get more. Papa Murphy's makes great pizza. They are close to home. The floors are clean. I have to confess that the customer service could... use some intentional leadership. They hire mostly kids from high school up to early twenties I would guess. These "kids" do whatkids are expected to do. They are focused on their phones when the place is slow. I would suggest cleaning up the assembly lineand or watching the drive thru window for people to arrive. I think it might even help if the employees were a little morecustomer aware. Don't be on your phone in plain sight WHILE a customer is waiting at the drive thru and can see you sitting onthe counter in the back room on your cell phone while I wait for you to come help me. Or put a driveway patrol chime at thefront door and/or the drive thru so you know when someone comes in and needs your attention. Great pizza cooked at home. Getting poor! Crustless Pizza used to fill the pan. Now it is not even half full! For 15 bucks it should be full. You can see... the bottom right corner of the tray. Do not go here for crustless Pizzas! Costs more to get a whole lot less! Read more

Avoid this location like the plague... -Store is very dirty for being brand new (Notice the food all over the floor and counter... in the pictures) -It is more important to answer the phone then assist the person in front of you -Staff is constantly beingre-directed = pure chaos -Two registers, but it is unclear which is the new order line or if you have a pickup - New store ishollow and has an echo. Hard to hear people clearly, just a large mass of noise Person at the register told me it would take5-10 min to make my pizza, I left 20 minutes later after they screwed it up, put it on the back rack and then answered thephone, forgetting they had to finish the one they started. +1 star that the kids are trying, just trained poorly to handlepressure.
