2nd time in a row my order has been messed up. Felt like some wings to watch the football game with. Ordered 2 flavors that I... enjoy. Received neither. Cheese sticks may as well have been frozen, and the drinks were the wrong flavor. They use Doordash fordelivery now and don't actually knock or notify you when food is delivered. Spare me the canned response about covid this,workers are to find that. I'll do you a favor and remove this customer from your workload, and save others some of their hardearned money on a poorly prepared improperly delivered service. Read more
Order occasionally for pick up or delivery always had good experiences. Never again, they?re subletting to door dash now, two... hours later and three drivers ?picking up the order? never arrived or refunded. I don?t use door dash for a reason Read more
Soso food. Lots of workers here but attention to detail is lacking. Ordered the lunch with salad but when I came back to pick it... up I was told we don't have salad. Had to wait for substitute while my pizza got cold. Order taker had disappeared. Read more
We came over to Post Falls as my FIL lives here with my SIL and family. It has been years since I have had Pizza Hut and I was... very impressed with the quality of our pizzas, speed and friendliness of service and mostly the wings were the best wings I'vehad outside of a wing-based restaurant! I was also impressed with the burnin hot sauce as it, too was better and hotter thanexpected. Great service, great food and very nearby. We'll be back in town regularly and it's nice to get to know good foodspots. The website kind of wasn't great, so I recommend calling the order in until Pizza Hut (probably corporate) improves onit. It was very slow and multiple times my new phone/Google just said that it had just quit. I was on wifi, not my end. Read more
Don't order a gluten free pizza here. Just got mine, opened it up, and there is pretty much no cheese and one slice even has... some sort of winged gnat baked into it. I'm sad because this was 20$ and it's gross and definitely not made by someone whocares. I know that working in food service is very difficult but this is just cruel. 20 $ for this. This location does a great job. They get the order right and the food is delicious. They seem to be suffering from a staff... shortage, but the team they have keeps the place running. I only do take out, but the inside appears clean. Read more
Put in an order for delivery and didn't get the drink and half the order was not made correctly. After about an hour trying to... get ahold of the store and constantly being transfered to a call center that speaks no English, I dorve to the store. Told themit was messed up and didn't get part of my order and I asked for some money back. They told me they were not reliable for theirproduct once their door dash delivery service they use since they have no drivers picks up the order. I paid pizza hut adelivery fee even though I had to go and get half my order. Worst customer service ever! Read more
