We tried out Rancho Viejo since we heard of the new ownership. Wow! Such a great experience. The environment was so inviting and... energetic. The service was some of the best we?ve ever had. The staff and owner all seem genuinely excited to be serving you.Food was delicious and the salsa is some of the best I?ve had. The enchilada sauce is not the same at all and has a totallydifferent flavor than the Hayden Rancho Viejo. I personally like a sweeter enchilada sauce but that?s only personal preference.I would 10/10 recommend you try this place! Read more
Only 6 pieces of shrimp False advertising saying that they have queso cheese dip when they just put shredded cheese on top of... nachos do not order from here because they are false advertising. And I am very disgusted and I am not satisfied with my orderat all they could be way better than this and instead of putting queso cheese at the top of something that someone?s gonna buystop lying to people and saying that is queso cheese WHITE BLANCO DIP when really it?s just some nachos with some shreddedcheese on top of it come on now do better they also FORGOT MY CORN TORTILLAS ???????????????????????? Rancho Viejo - Post Falls. What a disappointment. Put name on waitlist at 6pm just before another group of 4 we knew added their... name. Stated 15-20 minute wait. 620 other group is seated. 625 asked when we'd be seated was told about 5 minutes. Finallyseated at 640. 7pm a server came to the table wanting to take our drink order. We placed our food order immediately along withdrinks. Drinks at 715. Food arrived at 742. Water never refilled. The food was nothing special and definitely not worth thewait. Will try again when they're less busy as the kitchen might have been overwhelmed. Read more
Good place, Miguel (new owner) is super nice. The food was good, just a little disappointed that mine was not as hot as... expected. Slightly higher cost, but good sized portions that were satisfying. I will return. Read more
This restaurant is under new ownership and absolutely worth a try! Had amazing food and over the top service! Loved seeing the... whole family helping. The new owner was out greeting and checking in on the diners the whole time. Entire restaurant was cleanand a very inviting atmosphere. We can't wait to go back and try even more dishes! Read more
We had a damn good experience. We were greeted with great service by the server and the new owner. The owner has great energy... and checked on every table in the restaurant with a smile like he loves what he does. It was refreshing and definitelyinviting. SO yummy and scrumptious. If I could move in, I would. Service was PHENOMENAL, and between the servers and other staff, everyone... was welcoming and friendly. My only complaint would be the stench of the employees, they smell like eggs. In addition to this,they all smile a lot. A little too much. We have been having dinner here for years and I must say the new owner Miguel has really made this place absolutely amazing!... When pulling in we noticed the parking lot was full and I thought we may have a bit of a wait but we were greeted and seatedinstantly. They were putting chips and salsa on the table before we even sat down and we ordered within minutes. The service wasawesome we didn?t have to wait for anything. The food was so good and Miguel (the owner) introduced himself shook all of ourhands and gave us some history on himself and his goals for Rancho.
