(Update: turns out it was because 2 of their staff quit on the spot. So I'm not mad at all, just feel bad for the ones left... there. Ive been there before. Once we got the food, it tasted great. Thanks!) There were only 2 other cars here when we pulledup. Ordered easy enough, only ordered tots, peppers, and 1 burger and have been waiting on the food now for 25 minutes.....lotsmore people have pulled up and ordered since we've been sitting here and no one else has received food either in 20 minutes. Notsure what the deal is tonight since it wasn't busy when we got here, and now everyone is just sitting here. If we hadn't alreadypaid we would have left by now....kind of ridiculous, and I'm not really the type to complain or make a fuss. This is horribleservice Read more

Food is often amazing and I hardly ever have issues with anything! Some crew members tend to be a little rude, but that's fast... food. Good for people who enjoy a sweeter taste. Read more

I used the app to get a half price drink and shake. I got an Ocean Water that is really good and a hot fudge shake that is... delicious. They were busy so it did take them nearly 10 minutes to bring out those 2 items though. They even had to remake theshake because it sat for so long. So make sure you go through the drive thru even if the line is long because they seem toprioritize that. Read more

I have the sonic Reese's and oreo blasts very regularly. They've been having issues with the consistency of the blasts off and... on for over a year now. It once was creamy and amazing as it should be and is at every other sonic, but is now a sandy, terriblytextured mess. It was every day I went for months at the beginning of the year but got better (back to normal) around June. Wheni asked about it back then they said it was a shake machine issue. It was fixed over a month after asking. Now it's Septemberand yet again 2 days in a row the blast has been like eating wet sand. I don't know why it's like this or how they can fix it,but if it continues I just won't come back. Ask the Spokane store or higher up management how to make them if you have to. Ijust want my delicious creamy, not sandy blasts back pleeeeaasssee! Read more

3rd time you guys have screwed up our mobile order. Why is it so hard to look at the order ticket and put the condiments and... cheese for the pretzel in the bag . Or at least get the burger ordered correct. You do this job literally every single day.Literally you have one job, making burgers. So how hard is it? You should pay your employees more so your not short staffed to the point where it takes 25 mins to get a sandwich and some... popcorn chicken then when you ask where your food is they tell you you have to wsit your turn even though the 20 people aroundyou who arrived after you get there food which the popcorn chicken is mostly breading and not worth what i paid especially sinceit came out cold i will not return here awful prices staff and food Read more

Absolutely unbelievable. We ordered mobile order at Sonic and every stall had something blocking it. If you don?t want people to... mobile order, you should turn off the option online. This is abhorrent customer service and we will not be coming back. Read more
