don?t waste your time with this subway. I?ve eaten here a few times and there?s always something being done wrong . everyone who... works there is really nice and sweet and they try there best. but there is something seriously wrong with the manager and howhe?s running this store , he?s not training properly I don?t think. I ordered subway on door dash (yes this store is where mydoordash order came from) and when I got my sandwich is literally wasn?t even a sandwich. It came all fallen apart and toppingswere just shoved in there, and I know it wasn?t the doordashers fault because I?ve actually seen the manager from this storemake my sandwiches is store and it was just like that. The manager I?m talking about it a male and he is never friendly. Just incase they have a couple different mangers. The dude there tried to charge me for water, as if there aren't 5 other food places nearby that would. Recommend any other place... if your thirsty or hungry. Surprised they don't charge you extra for the paper covering the sandwich Read more
Got a foot long on the 15th and let me tell you ? I don?t know if my sandwich or the customer service from their manager isai... was better !!! I will make the drive from CDA just to come here because how excellent the service and food is !!! Great job ???? Read more
If I could rate 0 stars I would. EVERY SINGLE SANDWICH was wrong. No sandwiches had veggies or cheese and all were on the wrong... kind of bread. We had a fairly large order (4 kids meals), 3 foot longs and 1 wrap but I don?t think that justifies the abysmalfood we just paid almost $80 for. Read more
Subway near hwy 41 and the freeway is ok. They are short staffed like everyone else in the world right now. The guy behind the... counter did his best. Sandwiches are always tasty and fresh. Long wait tonight because one guy had to make 8 sandwiches in frontof me. Read more

They sure do need to be trained better... In customer service! Starting with the manager... I requested that the meat, onions,... and peppers for my sandwich be heated separately, then toasted on the sandwich with the cheese. The woman (she later said shewas the manager) was VERY rude & uncooperative with my request, even asking "what's the difference". She then heated themeat/onions/peppers tray in the oven with the bread & cheese, thus not fulfilling my request. I tried to explain that if youheat them first and then toast them, they get nice and toasty and delicious. Then the other woman rang up our order withoutremoving her gloves, and then went back to making sandwiches without changing them. When I said something about it, the"manager" started yelling at me that she hadn't touched the money. (She touched the screen, which is touched by many hands thathave touched the money, so, same thing as touching the money). Gross. We will never go to this one again. It was pretty awful. Read more
Staff was extremely rude. The manager was by far the rudest. I am a caretaker of a woman who has had several major strokes can... barely walk but always brings her business to that establishment, I was appalled by the way they treated her and I in the end. Ididn't even give them my business that evening because of it. Read more
