Food was way too salty . Other than that would have been amazing . For a small town mexican restaurant ,super yummy.

If there's anyone in your group with a tender mouth, this is THE PLACE to eat. Their carnitas are tender enough to cut with a... butter-knife-handle. Melt in your mouth delicious and tender? YES. The Food was delicious.. The service not so much, our server Kym was rude from the time we walked in. She made us feel like we... were bothering her by being there. She Rudely told us ?y?all are gonna have to wait a little while? when we were sitting,slammed our drinks on the table, made faces of annoyance every time she came to the table and only was nice when we ask for ourbill. Always enjoy eating here. Our waitress this time was Kym and she did an amazing job. For some one who has worked in the food... industry, and do a lot of traveling. I had an AMAZING waitress here she was so polite and helpful when needed. Could not have ask for a better or more attentive... person. Great experience in this little town when I was passing through. I ordered a shrimp chimichanga. When I got home it was a very SMALL burrito. I called to complain and I had asked the lady on... the phone 4 times to speak to the manager before she finally handed her the phone. The manager had told me that "this is how ourshirmp and beef burritos are now". So we are basically paying for a full sized burrito for half of what it is. Verydisappointing. I started eating my burrito and the only thing that is in it is dry over cooked shrimp and it wasn't even fried!.Photo of my dinner below. I will never order LA Huerta again. Read more
I went yesterday and had a couple of street tacos and a shrimp cocktail. The tacos were good, the shrimp cocktail?.. not so... much. It was very soupy and salty!!! I ate the shrimp and avocado out of it, the rest was just too salty for me. Read more
