I came during dinner and there was a long line. Despite the amount of vehicles, we went thru the drive thru quickly. Food was... prepared in a timely manner and employees were pleasant to interact with. Of course, the meals were spot on like usual. Read more
I gave them one star because zero is not an option. Plenty of people working, no one seems to be in charge. No greeting. No one... at the register taking orders. It seems that the drive thru is the only focus. Why is the dining room even open? Staff too lazyto even bring food to the table. Need to take some lessons from Chick-fil-A!!!! Read more
I made a order through the app. After I arrived at the store I waited 20 minutes and left without my food. I told the car hop... that I couldn't wait any longer and wanted a refund. She told me I needed to go inside and someone could help me. When I wentinside they told me they couldn't do a refund for mobile orders. The manager on duty talked down to me like I was trying to scamthem. Another time I wanted over 20 minutes in the drive thru, paid on the mobile app and got cussed at the pickup window fornot paying. I cannot believe the Mcdonlads Corp allows this particular location ran the way it is. From top to bottom this location is... poorly managed, and owned. It?s by far the slowest. 80% of the time you can got to a sit down resturant, eat, leave, and stillbe faster than this poorly owned location. It?s only location that the food horrendous. Drive thru line was wrapped around the entire building. Stupid slow, got to the order here spot and they had a barely legible... cardboard sign that said go to fist window. Seriously need better communication to the public. Read more
Always a 4 star, that's why we go, right. Recommend, especially for breakfast.
