I love how I can have guilt-free food here. Love their super greens, eggplant, harissa, spicy chicken, tomato and cucumber,... tahini, and shkhug. Easily one of my favorite fast casual places of all time. I will eat cava as often as I can. Their food is delicious and fresh... and so well flavored - but nothing is overwhelming neither would it oppose a picky eater. I?ve eaten almost everything on themenu and in different combinations and my favorite is consistently the braised lamb (worth paying extra for it) and the pita.All condiments are delicious - I think the kalamata olives go well with everything and the lemon herb tahini dressing is myfavorite. Cabin John location is probably my second most frequented Cava location. It's close to family and often the healthy choice my... niece prefers for lunch. Pretty much like my go-to location. Efficient. Clean. Staff are friendly. I'm able to get my favoritesthe way I like it. :) Parking is a bit hectic cause it's at Cabin John, but at least Cava is on the one end with parkingclosest to Tuckerman Lane. This location has a nicer patio to sit out on but plenty of space if you're up for indoors. With thepandemic, I've done curbside pickup as well as walked through to get carryout. Read more
Was there on weekday evening. It was not so crowded. Our three bowls were promptly prepared. Tahini Caesar Bowl was our best... among the three. Green and Grains Bowl with Grilled Chicken was also a good mix of healthy ingredients. The Grilled Meatballs inthe Grains Bowl were slightly dried. Read more
