I went there to order coffee and donuts. ..when I got there ..I found only one employee behind the counter and another one... mopping the floor ..the line was huge and "THE GO TICKETS" are displayed on the To Go counter without the food or coffee !! Theywere really backed up ..and I asked the gentleman mopping the floor are you the only ones here . He said .."No"..there are twoother employees ..He called them..and suddenly two females showed up ..I guess they were hanging out in the back ..leaving thecustomers with no service .....This place needs a strong management ...Never go back again.. Location is well located in this area most of the employees are great but the weekend i went the cashier had an attitude, she... was dolling her eyes, rushing the orders in, and not paying very good attention. Overall the location is clean and nice butplease make sure that when you're employees work on weekends that they don't bring any extra stress and sass to work it reallymakes the customers experience less appeasing.
