Giving four stars for the server only. He was gentle and kind and attentive although he was slammed with tables. The hostess... wasn’t the nicest, though.. and the food was horrible. We came for brunch and had to settle bc we got the days wrong. Oh howthat was a mistake. Please season your bland food and send it out hot. We don’t mind spending money but this was really bad. The food is fantastic, atmosphere impeccable, and the service is top notch. The bartender Alfonso makes drinks that are superb... and his whitty banter is exactly what I expect from a professional bartender. Nice local pub with very comfortable atmosphere, great service and somewhat overpriced but solid, satisfying, quickly served... food. Great, reliable roadside stop if you’re in the area, but I wouldn’t come from afar just for the restaurant. I wouldcertainly eat here again if passing through Potomac and would be grateful to have this place nearby if I lived in thiscommunity. Read more
