We were there celebrating with my daughter and her fiancee. 3 couples. We were happy with the location because we've been to the... Leesburg and Middleburg locations. We arrived early, and sat at the bar. Service was slow, despite an almost empty bar with 2bartenders. We had a reservation for 6, and were seated about 5 minutes after being told our table was ready. These drinks camequickly. We shared some appetizers and ordered food. Table service was much better than the bar service, with food and 3 roundsof drinks. Two fish and chips, one oyster po boy, one shrimp po boy, a salmon salad and a plate of fried oysters. All weresatisfied. Good quality of food and at very reasonable price especially for the nice location. Inside the restaurant was very loud so my... friend and I decided to sit outside. The food was delicious. The calamari was seasoned well. The crab cake was good with lotsof crab meat with very little of filling. The home fries was so good. Visited 7.30.22 FOOD: We ordered the oyster po? boy, crab dip, grilled filet mignon and shrimp bites. A friend got the oyster... po?boy and they said it tasted okay but could have use a bit more oysters on it. Crab dip tasted fine but it was a smallportion. The crab dip picture is deceiving. It looks like a lot but it wasn?t much to it. The shrimp bites tasted fine and waspresented nicely but were very tiny shrimp. The filet mignon was really good. The mashed potatoes and mushrooms that came on theside were tasty as well. SERVICE/AMBIANCE: We sat near the bar area so the bartender was also our server. Our drinks were madenice and she was attentive to our table. Place wasn?t very busy though so it remains to be seen how she would have done had theplace been packed. Location and views are nice. Service was absolutely deplorable. I made it to my reservation on time and was sat down immediately upon arrival. I waited 20... minutes before I was greeted by the server and given water. Mind you, I was sitting at the outside patio in the hot sun. Iordered charbroiled oysters and the crab cake sandwich with a side of Mac. The oysters were mediocre and the Mac and cheese wasjust plain nasty. The crab cake sandwich would have been good had it not been cold. There was no way they made the crab cakefresh to order?absolutely no way. Finally, once my food touched down my server never came back to see if I needed anything. What an amazing restaurant. They have a great selection of different type of oysters for amazing price. Their beer selection is... also good and the ceviche is one of a kind it needs a little bit more lemon but it's really good. They have plenty of outdoorsittings even though that I loved sitting at the bar and the bartender was very attentive and fun to talk to. I would definitelygo back there and I think you should try it when you get a chance as it will be worth it. Read more
The ambient and vibe is amazing, the out door is great, staff are friendly, the food is good too. It is casual place to chill... with friends or family! Edit: I?m changing my review to 4 stars just because the food wasn?t as good as last time but ourwaitress was so kind and friendly.
