I just wish the place was cleaner. Esp the bathroom, the tables (60-80% of the time they have crumbs on them even tho it's not... peak hours), and the charging strip next to the floor windows. It's filled to the brim with dust and gunk, I didn't charge mycomputer there. Read more

I have been a regular customer of Starbucks fir at least 15 years. Yesterday was National Coffee Day and I received a text that... if I ordered a drink on the app I would get a free coffee the following day. So as usual I drove to Starbucks on river roadPotomac Maryland and got my coffee. This morning again I drive to get my free coffee and was treated like a criminal by the onlyperson working there at 5:40am Sarah. I showed her the promotion and the purchase of my coffee on my phone and she still saidthat she wasn?t aware of this and no one had told her about this promo. Now why wouldn?t a manager of a coffee shop reach out tofind out what the promotions are on a National Coffee Day??? How is it that you enjoy being called the manager but then you areso clueless of what your company is offering to it?s customers and furthermore how can you allow yourself to be rude with acustomer who knows better than you the manager about promotions offered by the company that you work for. I was so upset when Ileft the store that I had to sit in my car fir ten minutes to calm down. I wanted to tell her something in front of the other 5customers but I decided to leave her with some dignity. It's okay for a Starbucks and a good place to sit down for coffee if you're in the area, also have an outside seating area.
