My go-to place for coffee. This trip I got breakfast sandwiches with my reward points (definitely get the app) And got even... more reward points with the purchase of my coffee! Starbucks has had a tough time with the pandemic but they're coming backnicely because you can order on the app and then just run it and grab your order without having to spend a lot of time in thestore. I'm also proud of the baristas and employees who are unionizing, because I feel that while Starbucks is a leader inemployee relations (The bar has been set pretty low by the other companies out there), there's a long way to go and they couldbe the ones to show other companies that if you treat your employees well you benefit from it. I like this Starbucks location. If you are in the Mall it's very convenient. The staff is friendly and efficient. It's a small... place with limited seating. There are a few power outlets to charge up your phone or laptop. I usually a couple of peopleplugged in and working on their laptops each time I go there. Read more

I've been there about 4 times this past week, Starbucks in Cabin John is perfect, they make your order quickly and I never had... to wait for it more than 3 minutes! According to my dog their Puppuccino is great as well ???? Read more

I truly dislike this Starbucks. The staff is simply rude and unprofessional and the manager ACE is the worst. They got my drink... wrong twice and I got yelled at by ACE because his staff got my drink wrong. He is so rude and needs to be fired. You don?tyell at customers while you are getting their drinks wrong. Read more

Lines are usually pretty long here and there isn't much room to sit, that said, the service is great and very fast.
