Food was decent but $7 for a super small piece of chicken is ridiculous.
I would like to know how I can buy almost $30 worth of breakfast sandwiches at 8:07am! And they be hard and dry on bottom and... soggy on top. 5 out of 6! I?m not a block away to return, and no one would answer the phone. This isn?t the first time this hashappened. Drive through is a target spot to get screwed! Can even get it acknowledged! This place has really gone downhill. The staff is pretty rude and likes to huff into the microphone a lot whenever you're... ordering and they're annoyed that you asked a question. Sometimes it feels like they hate you simply for existing and you're acomplete and utter burden just for visiting their restaurant. I went here a couple mornings ago to order breakfast. I ordered acombo, with a drink, and hash rounds. I got to the window and handed them my card. They gave me a bag that was prettylightweight and I thought it was just the hash rounds. I was then asked if I wanted a drink so they didn't have to throw it awayand I said "no just the tea I ordered". After another minute or so, they have me another bag and told me to have a nice day. AsI was pulling away I realized I didn't get my drink. That's fine as that was on me. I pulled around and told them that I ordereda combo but didn't get my drink. While I was waiting in line to get back to the window, I looked in the first bag and noticedthat it was the biscuit from the combo I ordered. I looked in the second bag and the order wasn't even mine. There were no hashrounds whatsoever. I grabbed the receipt and took a look at it and they didn't even charge me for a combo or mark down that Iordered a drink or hash rounds. I get to the window and explain the whole thing and she steps aside and speaks to who I'massuming was the manager. She came back to the window and asked if it was a biscuit that I was missing. I told her no andexplained to the situation again. She spoke with the manager again and they were able to get everything all straightened up.What is usually a 10-minute trip to town turned into almost half an hour. I've given this place so many chances in the last fewmonths and I just end up disappointed every time. Read more
We ordered two biscuits and gravy to go, when we got home and opened our order, we had two gravy servings with one biscuit. At... the price of gas, it was to expensive to drive back and pick up another biscuit. Seems like Hardee?s should have been able toget two simple orders correct. Read more
