Awesome! ..This fast food/ burger restaurant needs more positive recognition! A company that is actively trying to use better... ingredients, and sustainability! The sauces and orange juice are all natural, cane sugar, NO high fructose corn syrup!! Asked for my chicken Jr to be put down fresh and I didn't mind waiting and it was absolutely not fresh it was hard and probably... been in the PHU for quite some time. I also got a double cheeseburger no ketchup and we opened that and it had only ketchup andnothing else on it. ???? Read more
I ordered the new bacon Swiss sandwich and got my order there was no sandwich in the bag the fries were old and onion rings were... old and cold. Not to mention I went back in for my sandwich got home and it was wrong sandwich had to go back a second time forthem to give me the right sandwich. Nothing was fresh and they forgot my sauce. Everytime I go lately they forget something. Iwill Not be going back to his Burger King ever again. I used To work there I know how easy it is to make a sandwich and bag anorder. Went through the drive through and ordered a breakfast sandwich and a milkshake. After a couple minutes waiting at the window... they asked us to pull over into the parking lot and they would bring the food out to us. After 20 minutes of waiting one of uswent in to see what was up. 4 employees were just sitting around, no other customers in the restaurant or drive through. Theyhad no intention of making the sandwich or bringing it out to us. We asked for our money back. Read more

I had been here recently and filled out their survey online using the information on the receipt. The code I received was for a... free Whopper with the order of a soft drink and fry of any size. I tried to then use that code at the order menu a few dayslater while ordering a large fry and a medium soda, but the woman got annoyed and told me that the code was only good for asmall fry and small drink and that I'm wrong and that she was reading it right off of one of their receipts. Getting flustered,she then asks me just to pull up to the window. Rather than apologize, she proceeds to instead act as if I've been mistaken andthat she was correct and reads right off the receipt that she's holding that any size fry and any size soft drink are what itsays.
