We?ve been hearing about Jake?s for a few years while our kids were attending SLU and we finally made it there. It was excellent... and far exceeded our expectations. The location is beautiful and right on the Raquette River. Service was at today?s newstandard but the food was excellent. We had the Cauliflower appetizer and Salmon BLT. They were both excellent. Highlyrecommended and we will be back next time we?re in the North Country. Read more
Gluten-free cauliflower pizza here is excellent. The beet salad was fresh was also very tasty. We made reservations for 5 pm... on Monday and got our pick of all the waterside tables. It got busier as we were leaving around 6:15. If you don?t mind paying abit more, this is a lovely spot to go when the weather is nice. Call ahead. Read more
