Best pizza in Potsdam, hands down! Pizza rolls are overrated. They're good but, too much bread for me. Everything else is... mediocre. A lot seems frozen and not homemade. Dining in is still not an option since the pandemic. Last time I went to go pickup an order no one was at the window but I heard some younger staff members fooling around and giggling. Had to basically yellthrough the takeout window to get service. Wait times are typical. Read more
Our food was great. There was only one waitress for the dining room but things moved along at a good pace.
Left without any food, waited over an hour and waitress did not come to our table to check on us. Had to call her over twice and... no progress update on the food. If you go here just order pizza, not worth the wait for other Italian food. Would not dine hereagain. Read more

An extra large all dressed no sausage pizza from here is overkill even if I haven't eaten all day. On some days I've eaten an... entire extra large from some other pizza places. Sergi's has pizza the way I would want to see it, substantial, but notover-powering crust, delicious sauce and a good helping of toppings. I tend to cook from scratch and not eat out so this was abit of a treat and a treat it was, thanks! Read more
Although the food had good flavor the pizza dough was not fully cooked and was very floppy, the toppings were tasty although... sparingly applied and the sauce was very sweet. We will spend at other restaurants in the future as we do not feel we receivedour money's worth. It was just okay. We spent over a hundred dollars on the four of us. Read more
It was just ok. I don't expect too much from Potsdam, New York. I had Lasagna and my girl had the same.
Still one of the worst places to get pizza or anything else in Potsdam. Go to Little Italy and you will CONSISTENTLY get better... food and service. Over priced and horrible quality food. Read more
