It is McDonald's we all know it. Gave 4 out of 5 because we have stopped by to get a sweet treat latter in the day (9 PM) only... to be told they don't have any ice cream - which translates to - they started cleaning the machine too early before closing. Read more

Let's break this down, a 3.7 out of 1305 comments. Mine will be 1306. If the place doesn't have a better rating it is because... ownership and management don't care! By default my family goes here only because it is conveniently located. However 9 out of10 orders are completely messed up! One order might hit the mark. On the messed up orders, what's the point of calling becauseyou forget about your replacement food. They ask you to bring it back to make it correct, kind of hard when it's 20 minutesone-way to get there and my kids are starving! How about, just do it right the first time! If you can afford the time, go tothe Charlotte McDonald's. Read more
