We decided to stop here Sunday evening over Memorial Day weekend based on recommendation. The make your own pie concept is... great, make it the way you want it. We ordered a regular pie custom made 1/2 and 1/2 for the two of us. The toppings weregenerous. The staff was efficient and fast to put our orders (6.30pm line out of the door). The pizza tastes great with freshingredients and did not feel heavy on the stomach like the regular chain pizza. This place is saved on my list, will visitagain. Highly recommended. Two thumbs up. This is a smart idea. Customizable pizza. I had the usual choice between tomato and Alfredo sauce, but Craft Pies gave me a... basil pesto and olive oil sauce option, and it was fantastic. I had all of what I wanted and none of what I didn't.
