Tried this location for the first time on 10/18/22 same day I?m writing this and my boyfriend and I each took one bite into our... beef n cheddar sandwiches and looked at each other. They did not taste like arby?s sandwiches whatsoever, unlike any arby?ssandwich we?ve ever had. Could not be more disappointing after working all day and sitting down to eat dinner and the food isbad. It tasted like horse you-know-what honestly. Most disgusting fast food experience of my life. No one was at the counter when we came in and the drive thru cashier was... standing at the food station talking with the cook. Turned around and looked at us and the other people that showed up after usthen turned back to her conversation without acknowledging us. We finally were helped after about 10 minutes standing at thecounter. The food was decent but trash was everywhere, fries on the ground on both sides of the counter. Sauces were empty,water was overflowing the soda machine and leaking out of it. One table was clean in the entire place. Going back to the drivethru cashier... If you have time to lean you have time to clean. Also, The garbage was full in the bathroom. We prayed wewouldn't get food poisoning. Read more
My wife and I have never seen such unprofessional behavior as that displayed by ?Dana? but n our most recent visit. She snapped... at me because I queStioned a mistake SHE made on the order and then slid the tray across the counter. With an elderly woman sheliterally took the food and threw it in the trash after the woman explained the order was wrong. The food here is good but theservice is the worst I?ve ever encountered. Had been one of the best fast food eateries : Place was not clean bathroom needed attention Food was good, but we noticed a... taste change in the curly fries It was so loud and noisy in the dining room that it prompted us to leave prematurely. Terrible. Reuben and Gyro were lousy, Nothing special about their curly fries. Out of most of the condiments? place was filthy?... and staff were like robots. You?re supposed to Ring the Bell , if your food was delicious and satisfying, on the way out. What ajoke. Read more
Food was acceptable. Long wait for service when eating inside. Bathroom are sub par at best. Dine in restaurant is outdated and... not clean. Love me some Arby's but I'll be avoiding this particular Arby's in the future. Read more
Pretty good for an Arby's. I've been here a few times in the last 10 years and it's always been good. I've usually eaten inside... and I'm glad they actually have indoor seating still with covid. Have good selection of diet soda. Never had a problem with thefood or service. Clean bathroom Read more
Second time here. Only one really nice person/employee I met here. Seems some people are rude. No Thank you or Your Welcome. I... asked some customers, Are they always rude here? They stated, Alot of times. Place wasn't to clean in eating area. Read more
