Burgers have shrunk considerably and food is almost always wrong if you even get your proper order at all! Takes forever to ve... taken care if. Do not go to this location ever! They don?t know how to count, take order correctly and the manger is extremely unprofessional.... Do not wasted your time or money. I order a number 10 meal medium with cheese, onion and heavy bacon (4) slices. My sandwichonly hand 2 in the half pieces of bacon the smallest piece was fatty and not the same length. And every time they never put thecorrect amount of bacon. So I went I side and asked them to add more bacon to my sandwich. The employee tells me the sandwichdoesn?t come with bacon. I say I know i added it and paid extra. But at every burger that ask you do you want to add cheese orbacon.. The manger then comes up and says ?the sandwich has 4 pieces of bacon on it? but it didn?t and the employee tossed thesandwich away before the manager could look for himself. So when once he started giving attitude and acting funny about it Iimmediately asked for a refund. He then was making more smart comments like ?I?m only here to do a job lady? and ?I?m just doinga job? they employees in the back began to laugh. Ordered 2 orders of nuggets for my 1 and 5 year old. Got home to eat to hear my 5 year old crying, "my mouth is burning Mommy!"... They gave one order of nuggets, but the other is some sort of jalapeño cheese popper. If it were my 1 year old that bit into itI would have came into that store so everyone could hear what they just put my daughter through. I ordered through drive through and the guy who was taking my order was rushing me to order, I had everything planned out but he... was going too fast. I ended up ordering food I didn't want because of being rushed, but I also have issues trying to processstuff due to my brain working slower than most people's. I'd appreciate it if people taking your order didn't rush you like hedid. Read more
