This place is really weird. Had to wait almost 10 minutes at ordering station before someone finally came to take order after... saying "we'll be right with you." Then for some odd reason they make people wait at the pay window before they food is readyand then tell you to pull up to food window. Makes zero sense. And food was all cold. Yeah think I'll skip going back to thislocation. Used to be fine before the remodel. Read more
7:30pm, Saturday night October 29th. Does Burger King's owner or district supervisor, for the Charlotte Street Pottstown... location, know that the dining area is closed? The website says the dining is open and when we get here the doors are locked andit's only drive-through. We have been trying to come here, on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, for the last couple months andthis is what they did those times as well. We even tried calling tonight to make sure they had dine-in and they wouldn't answerthe phone. Why would anyone even bother to come here? This is very disappointing and should be addressed or you'll be losingmore customers than just us. Left to go elsewhere. Read more
I?d leave 1 star but those get ignored. Some of the absolute worst food I?ve ever had. Order was wrong, food was sloppily put... together and barely cooked. This Burger King is so disgusting that only Jeffrey Dahmer could?ve liked it. Read more
Ive gone here more than a handful of times. Every time I?ve actually gotten food here, it?s the slowest line ever. It doesn?t... matter if no one is in line. You will order and wait at this first window until you?ve questioned your need for nourishment. Read more
Unbelievably slow. Put my timer on the second I pulled up to the order station and it was 17 minutes, didn?t even get a ?please... hold? or anything. People in the other line didn?t get anything either. Zero people ahead of us in the line, can?t take anyonesorder. Drive off after 17 mins of waiting. Absolutely terrible. Only have it a 2 star cause the food is usually good, but thewait is just absurd. Highly do NOT recommend this place. Even after the very new renovation. Adding another drive thru line madeit even slower. Chick fil a in sanatoga is so much faster. McDonald?s in pottstown is much faster. Any place in PA is fasterthan them. 1/10 for these guys. Jokes. Grand opening??? Sign says "NOW OPEN." I was told they only have chicken and fries. I left. I came back today, waited over 10... minutes with an empty lobby and drive thru, and they refused to take my order. They were rushing around while nobody was thereat 11 AM. I complained and still nobody took my order. I left. Other times they have been decent. Way to take a grandreopening seriously. Read more
The staff was amazing. Only 2 employees working on July 4th breakfast time because 1 called out and 1 didn't show up. We had... quite a bit of food and it was a lot for them. They did an awesome job despite being understaffed! These 2 women are keepers! Read more
Do not go here. The girl in drive thur was rude. And don't get me started on her fake eyelashes looking like she could fly at... any moment. Not helpful rude customer service.
