I came to Chick Fil A with my family after we left the Outlets. We chose to dine in. The food was fine. However, the staff was... mediocre. There was a gentleman around tending to the dining room asking all of the Caucasian guests how they were doing, butavoided to come to our table filled with African Americans. There was also a young woman serving the food to the guests in thedining room scratching her butt as she walked around. It is highly unlikely that I would return or even recommend this place. We love the food but extremely disappointed that the kid's play area still wasn't reopened as of our last visit. We would rather... drive to Exeter so our young kids can play too. Please please please open your play area again! Read more
Chickfila is my favorite fast food joint in town!! Food is amazing and service is top notch as always!! The staff there are very... friendly. The lines can get long some days, but hey it happens. Consistently give smaller portions in the breakfast scramble bowl compared to other surrounding chic fil a's. This is my issue... with this location. I feel like I'm getting short-changed on the portions there. Read more

My wife and I had dinner at Chick Fil A on 9-14-2022. I wanted another meal to eat at the restaurant ,while my wife wanted a 2nd... meal to have for lunch for the following day . I was back in line , and when it was my turn he lady behind the counter said "Dine in or take out"? I said both "1 order is to eat here the 2nd is to go" The attendant said " May I suggest you order thedine in now and the take out when you leave." I said the "take out will be reheated at a later date so I 'll order bothnow." The women behind the counter stood there at looked at me . 'I said are you going to take my order ?" She replied pick1 wedon't do that." I walked back to my table and was packing up . I than decided that it was not kind to my wife not to buy her ameal for her next day lunch. I reproached the counter the same women said ; dine in or take out?" I was able to order the takeout meal , but was refused the dine in meal. What type of policy is this ? No you can not order both pick 1 eat in or out ? Iwas denied service I will never spend my money at Chick Fil A again . Read more
This is a good Chick-fil-A staff. Everyone is kind here there are two separate areas for eating and ordering there are a lot of... places for people to sit at. Everything is clean and well placed. Read more
