First time ordering domino's in 20 years, it will be another 20 before I order again! Placed order on app, easy enough. 30... minutes go by and the order is done, still doing fine. Then my food sits there for another hour until I call the restaurant. Therestaurant says, sorry, our drivers are out on deliveries and we don't know when they'll be back. No offer to accommodate, rush,discount, or even a free dessert or something. When I said to cancel my order the guy was actually confused on why I would dothat. Ordered food for my family and had to send a $50 order with the driver backs after saying only had $100 and they haggled me over... how much change he could give me stating they can?t more than $15. Upon calling manager he tells me that we should use a cardlike everyone else. Read more
Very poor Very late! The pizza maker at the store lied to me. He told me they open at 12 and my order was put in at 11 am my... pizza did not leave the store until 12:15 pm. The guy who answered the phone wouldn't let me talk and hung up on me. They didn'teven call me to tell me there was a problem. Very rude very disrespectful and very dissatisfied! Remember the days when Domino's promised your delivery within 30 minutes or it would be free? Sure, the pizza back then looked... and tasted like cardboard. But still. Not a bad promise. Tonight, I ordered two simple items (cheesy bread and a dessert) andthe delivery prediction was "99-109 minutes" (that's 1 hour and 39 minutes to 1 hour and 49 minutes). I should mention that thestore is about 3 miles from my house, and I ordered at 10:16pm on a Monday night?not exactly the dinner rush. Sure enough, the"tracker" showed that my order was prepped and cooked within about 7 minutes! But then it sat in "quality check" for, as of thisminute, an hour (10:23pm to 11:22). The predicted delivery time now? 106-116 minutes. I called and cancelled my order. This isstupid. Never again. Read more
I seem to always have issues with this dominoes. But tonight was the worst. First pizza I got was smashed to the top of the box... and they forgot all my dipping sauces, not to mention the food wasn?t exactly hot by the time I got to eat it. The replacementthey sent out was even more disappointing and looked like somebody held it sideways. At least I have my dipping sauce for mybread bites :( Read more
delivery driver comes to my house complains to my kid brother that he didn?t get tipped what he wanted & said he should get more... of a tip. you?re welcome for even giving you one in the first place ungrateful. maybe get a real job and not deliver pizza. Read more
