We ordered a pizza and waited over an hour for it to be delivered. When we went to the store to just get it ourselves, the woman... working refused to give us the number to a manager or someone to help and refused to issue a refund. Don?t bother even orderingfrom here. We told them we had been calling and she told us she wasn?t answering phones and turned the phone off because shedidn?t want to get yelled at. Update: The past few times I ordered on Monday nights, I have had a great experience. Paul is a great employee, courteous,... friendly and makes a great pizza. GIVE THAT GUY A BIG RAISE!!! I have ordered takeout, not delivery, pickup. Have not had anymajor issues other than a missing garlic sauce, twice. Quality is boilerplate domino's, you get what you pay for. I like to order here because of the turn out time. However my last two orders have been very disappointing ????. The first one,... the pizza box was wet at the entire bottom, i asked the staff why the box felt wet,, he Said "oh it's the counter ". I acceptedit as just an error but my next order was too thin hence it was all dried out because there was nothing much to bake thetoppings on. I'm very disappointed ???? Read more
Ordered food at 11:35, received a phone call they had no delivery driver (after they said my food was made) told me someone... would be in at 1, could have food there by 130. Not ideal but okay. Food has been cooked for 45 minutes already and still noteven out for delivery. Who knows when I'll be receiving cold food.. Not first time it's happened. Gave a second and probablythird chance. Just stay away from this store. Will say Kim was apologetic the first time on phone. A phone call would've beennice after this second order has been messed up... Stick to your mom & pop shops! Ordered food last night at 7:40pm. Domino's tracker said my food was ready at 8pm. I didn't receive my order until 9:15 pm. The... food was sitting over an hour, was cold when it arrived. I live 5 minutes away from this location. They almost never have myorder right. I have been given burned brownies. Our food was yummy and it was hot when we got it delivered! I only gave four stars because the estimated timeframe was a bit off... - took us about an hour to get food. The estimate on the app said 30 mins. They definitely made a point to time the food fordelivery rather than just cook it and wait until the delivery driver was available. Read more
